Refund/Return Policy

Welcome to Sign & Stamped by J and we thank you for choosing Signed & Stamped by J for all your notary needs. We value your trust in our abilities to provide top tier services. 

REFUNDS

Due to the nature of the services provided, services offered are non-refundable in most circumstances. Refund may be possible in the instance:

Clerical Error- Clerical errors made by us (ex: Mis-spelled name, incorrect date, etc) will be offered a correction at no additional charge. If a correction is not able to be rendered, a refund will be provided. 

Service Not Rendered- If you have paid for services that was not completed due to our inability to serve or an error, a refund will be provided.

Non-Refundable instances: 

Client Error- Any error made due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client. a refund will not be given. 

Change of Mind: Once service has been rendered a refund will not be provided due to the clients change of mind or circumstance after the service has completed.

If a refund is believe to be in appropriate per the above mentioned requirements, to request a refund please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of the service completion). A detailed explanation of the issue and your preferred contact method and information will be needed. The request will be reviewed and a response will be generated within the next two business days.
